Since Creative Lab 72 offers its products online and these are therefore purchased online by the customer, this falls under a distance sale.
In case of a distance sale, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days.
As Article 46 of the Market Practices and Consumer Protection Act, §1.2 indicates:
“The consumer has the right to inform the company that he is renouncing the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the good or the conclusion of the service agreement. . ”
From the moment of delivery, the customer therefore has 14 calendar days to change his / her mind and return the products. The customer is obliged to inform us of this in writing. This can be done in two ways via the cancellation form (copy the link below in your browser for the cancellation form) or via e-mail, in which you clearly write that you are canceling the purchase. The package must then be returned to Creative Lab 72 within 14 calendar days. Creative Lab 72 will send the customer a confirmation email containing the necessary documentation. The customer sends the package back to Kromboomsveld 14 2041 GE in Zandvoort and bears the risk of shipment. It is therefore recommended to pay an additional surcharge to insure the package. The shipping costs of the return must be paid by the customer.
The package should show absolutely no traces of use. If the products are damaged by the shipment or if the shipment is lost, one can no longer count on compensation.
Creative Lab 72 is obliged to refund the value of the package including the shipping costs within 14 calendar days, and only if the package has been returned in its original condition without damage.
